„Eine schöne Woche in Andalusien

Die Anlage ist bereits ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, hier und da bisschen Instandsetzungsstau. Das Apartment war aber absolut sauber, von der Größe völlig ausreichend und super Matratzen garantierten einen guten Schlaf, wenn nicht irgendwelche lieben Gäste mitten in der Nacht einen Lärm machen und denken, die Anlage gehört denen alleine. Die Austattung der Küchenutensilien hätte etwas ausreichender sein können. Wenn hier einer sschreibt, es gäbe keine Heuzung, die Anlage ist nichts für den Winter, muss wissen, dass man auch mit einer Klimaanlage heizen kann und sollte hier nicht so einen Schweizer Käse in die Bewertung schreiben. Das Hallenbad war etwas klein und nicht so tief, für uns nichts aber für andere vielleicht ausreichend. Alles in Allem völlig in Ordnung zu einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Alt, in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht sauber. Laut, Klimanalage Defekt, nach 5 mal nachfragen, aufgegeben. Personal freundlich, aber nicht hilfsbereit. Grosse unpersönlich Alage, die nicht gepflegt wird. Pool wird erst ab 10.30h geöffnet, rundum ungepflegt Wasser nicht sauber, zu viele Liegen ohne Platz und zu wenig Schirme. Restaurant überteuert! Animation nur für Kleinkinder und auf Spanisch. Schlechte Matraze, Bettsofa eine Zumutung, Küche nur das Minimum 3 Gabeln, 3 Teller... ohne Geschirrspüler.

Not perfect but not bad!

The apartment was clean and the heating worked well which was needed for a December night.

The Jacuzzi was cold and dirty. There was no lock on the toilet door in the pool changing room area and no soap to wash hands afterwards.

Very noisy cleaners, workman and other residents. Needed more facilties like tea towels, ironing board, basic tea and coffee, a kettle. Indoor pool was shut for maintenance.

We like to come to this property as we like the area and...

We like to come to this property as we like the area and also to use the spa. This time we were very dissatisfied.

This is our 3rd stay at this property. We’ve always returned as we love to use the spa facilities of indoor pool, Jacuzzi and especially the sauna. We arrived on Friday afternoon and went straight to the spa. The sauna light was not working and the temperature wasn’t too warm. I was going to let reception know but the reception at that time was full of people checking in so I didn’t bother. Also there was a sign on the door saying that you had to reserve time to use the sauna. The next morning I informed reception that the sauna wasn’t working properly the day before as there was no light and the temp wasn’t hot enough. They told me that it was now working. I also asked if I had to make a reservation and they said no, to ignore the notice. We went t the spa at around 5pm on Saturday and again the light wasn’t working. I mentioned to reception and they sent so one over to have a look. He looked, went and never returned. On Sunday morning we went to the spa again to use the facilities for about an hour before checking out. This time the sauna had no light and was cold. I told reception again and the said they’d send someone to have a look, no one appeared. My husband went to tell them too and they said it takes a while to warm up. We were there about an hour and it was still cold. The property was ok but the kitchen didn’t have a bread cutting knife, it only really had the usual cutlery. The seal on the fridge door was damaged so the door didn’t close properly. I didn’t mention to reception as we only ate breakfast at the property. Also the kitchen tap was about to fall off it was so wobbly. They really need to keep their maintenance up to date.

Lovely large apartment with lots of space. Good outdoor pool. Responsive staff. Good shuttle bus to the beach and back.

Very dated. In desperate need of an update. The sofas were definitely 1970s and very uncomfortable. Everything in the whole place needs modernising. It could be really nice. The staff were very responsive to issues but we had too many issues. The TV didn’t work, the lights in the communal areas didn’t work. Small things that add up to an annoying time.

A good apartment where you can relax in the indoor and outdoor pools and the beaches in the vicinity

The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The indoor pool was very good although it got very crowded in the weekend. Ample parking at the back of the hotel.

The location was a bit far from restaurants and there is no entertainment in the vicinity. You definitely need a car. Marbella is a better location if you want entertainment and restaurants.

we only stayed there for one night, as the next day we drove...

we only stayed there for one night, as the next day we drove to Marbella. Everything was pleasant, the rooms were very spacious and clean. we booked an apartment for 3 persons and our room apart form separate bedrooms also had separate bathrooms. I strongly recommend it.

There wasn't any luggage service. The rooms were not within walking distance from reception, so we had to carry the baggage back to our car and drive again. With the car it only took us 3 minutes but he had already unloaded the car...

Apartment ready on arrival, very spacious for 4 adults, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.Reception staff prompt and efficient, although we only stayed 3 nights I would go there again for longer stay. Parking is easy.

Very disappointed.

The pool bar did a good meal last night. But everything was running out.

No entertainment at all . Not even a CD onNothing to do at all. All the advertised facilities were not there. All in a terrible state of disrepair. You had to be careful as most sun loungers broken. Had a washing machine but no line provided. Our terrace was very dirty. The towels were badly frayed. There was hardly any lights working on the stairs so very dangerous.

The apartment was clean, but the furniture were too old, the whole complex requires attention. The pool is nice and the kids loved it. Parking facility was available that was essential, you would need a vehicle to travel around the area

Air con in bedroom didn’t work electrical lives wires in socket had paper stuffed around them dangerous to any one toilet only part flushed reported to reception engineer arrived but could not fix anything. Have taken pictures and will contact booking.com shortly
